April & May 2021 Wrap-up & Book Haul

Hello! Happy Pride month. I still can’t believe that it’s already June, already halfway through 2021.

Another month means another wrap-up. And since I haven’t posted any wrap-up for April, I decided to combine my April and May wrap-up.

I fell into a slump towards the end of April and for the whole month of May. So I only have 4 books to share for this wrap-up. I also have some exciting books to share with you that I have hauled in April and last month. So without further ado, let’s get into the wrap-up!

February 2021 Wrap-up & Book Haul

After years of blogging, I finally managed to figure out a good way to not get behind on my wrap-up. So here I am on the first of the month to wrap things up.

I can say that I have a good reading month in February, but I did not read as much as I hoped. I tried to have a schedule, but I am failing badly at following it.

For February, I managed to finished 5 books. All of which I have not written a review yet. But that is a story for another blog.

So without further ado, let’s get into my wrap-up & a small book haul.

January 2021 Wrap-Up & Book Haul

A new year, a new month, and a new start. I cannot believe that January went by so fast, and February is just as fast. Can you believe that it is already more than half of the month and I am just posting my wrap-up? Oh, well. What’s new?

The month of January is a good reading month for me. I managed to finally finished the books that I started back in December. Plus, I finally read Laini Taylor’s other books.😭 A good reading month, indeed.

June 2020 Wrap-up and Book Haul

June has finally bid goodbye and July has finally come. I am very excited for July because it’s my birth month! I have a lot of reading plans but nothing is final yet because The Reading Rush is also happening this month.

But this blog is not about my reading plans for July but my wrap-up for June. I did not read a lot of books for this month but I am happy with all the books that I have read. And most of them are physical copy which is a habit that I was hoping to carry over for July.

I managed to finish 7 books though 2 of which are less than 200 pages. But I also have 1 book that I DNF-ed which is a relief on my part. I also have some exciting books to show you that I hauled this month. So without further ado, let’s get into my wrap-up and book haul!

 

 

 

April 2020 Wrap-up & Book Haul

The end of April marks the end of another month which means that I, along with everybody else, is stuck at home for almost 2 months now. But along the environment and the ozone layer healing itself with this quarantine, I am doing quite well with reading books. I managed to finish 12 books for April.

This will be a very long wrap-up so I’ll make this intro short. I’ll be linking my full review of the books in this wrap-up if I have any. Okay let’s get into the books!

February 2020 Wrap-up & Book Haul

Time surely flies by so fast. We’re already on the third month of the year. Almost a quarter of the year done.

It’s sad to say that my reading rush has died down because I started re-watching my favorite anime, Detective Conan, again. So my reading time was consumed by my watching time. But still I managed to read a descent amount of books this month.

January 2020 Wrap-up and Book Haul

I can’t believe that we only have 11 months left for the new year. Time surely flies when you are having a good time.

My 2020 reading year is doing quite well. I finally managed to find the jive in reading and working. I think it also helps that I worked from home 4 times a week and I only go to the office once a week. I have been doing a lot of reading with the help of audiobook and it is life changing.

With that being said I read a total of 8 books this month. Which is surprising! I have never read that much in a month and I am excited to share with you the books that I have read. So without further ado, let’s dive into the books!

The 38th MIBF (Manila International Book Fair) Book Haul and Shenanigans

It’s that time of the year again in my country where book lovers gather in one place and empty their wallets while hoarding too many books. Last September 13 to 17, 2017, the 38th Manila International Book Fair a.k.a. MIBF – the only book fair event in my country – took place at SMEX in MOA. But unlike those book fairs in other countries, the only perks in our book fair is the 20% off from the original book prices of all the books. No ARC copies and two or three foreign authors who are having their book signing.

Book Haul (April-June)

Hello bookworms! It’s been awhile. I haven’t been active lately because I feel like I have a slump but I’m trying to get back to reading. I’ve been watching anime and reading manga. However, I still managed to haul a decent amount of books for 3 months. Here we goooo!!!

Book Haul!

Hello everyone! It’s been so long since my last blog. Lots of changes happened in my life in the span of 3 months and I’m thankful for those changes. However, I am still adjusting and finding time to schedule blogging, reading and just relaxing. And as a part of those changes, I would only do quarterly book hauls because I am not hoarding as much books as I do before. And as a proof for that, I only accumulated 11 books in a span of 3 months. I’m so proud of myself!

So before I talk about other things that are not really related with my book haul, I would like to present to you the books that I acquired from January to March!
