SYNOPSIS:

REVIEW:

The overall story of the book captures my interest. The length of the book does not restrain the author in producing an addicting plot that would hook you the moment you read the book. How art itself is incorporated in the story is a bit whimsical in my part. It makes me want to reach out for a sketch pad and draw (even if I can’t draw).

However, the magic and plot twist of the whole story lose its impact on the reader because of the predictable scenes, especially the plot twist. But the building up of the plot is good if you have not predicted the twists.

The book surprisingly has a lot of things going on but in a good way. The transition  from dark to cheesy to mysterious up until the ending is good. I flew through the book and I think some people could finish this book in one sitting. Even though the story has some dark element to it, it does not lose the light air into it.

Highly recommending this to people who are looking for a fast read and especially to those who loves to draw or loves art as a whole.
