Excessive July Book Haul

The month of July is my birth month. I have bought 2 books for my birthday and I didn’t know how I ended up with 16 books for this whole month.😱 I never hauled so much book in a month! Although 2 of those books were a gift from my best friend, 14 books are an excessive amount of books for an unemployed not so fresh-grad as me. I’ve spent most of my graduation gift (money) buying all these books and now I’m in serious need for a job because I don’t have enough money left to sustain my bibliophile needs.

Anyway, enough rambling and let’s proceed to the book haul! I will first show you the books that my best friend gave me, one as a birthday gift and the other as a graduation gift.

I’ve already read The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle ZevinΒ last year. It’s one of my favorite reads of 2015 and I only read it through my ereader. However,Β Me Before You by Jojo Moyes captures my curiosity and I want to know what the hype is all about.

And now… The excessive book haul!πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

These are the books that I’ve bought on my birthday. I’m really looking for More Than This by Patrick Ness because I’ve been meaning to have more books by Patrick Ness for I can’t get enough of his Chaos Walking Trilogy.

I managed to buy it the next time I went to the bookstore!😍 (PS. I already have the Chaos Walking Trilogy and I just included it in the photo.)

I also bought Landline and Carry On by Rainbow Rowell.

I already read Landline and I bought this edition…

BUT it’s too big and a little out of place for my Rainbow Rowell collections. So I bought the other edition which is the pink one.

I also went to the bargain bookstore and bought 3 books! It’s all hardcover and very cheap.

I’ve Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella is my first Sophie Kinsella book. Plus I’ve heard good things about The Help by Kathryn Stockett.

And the book in the middle looks gorgeous!!

Look at the edges and the end papers!! Gorgeous.😍

Okay, this is the last of my book haul!

It’s a Romance Classics! 6 books in total for a very cheap price!

I would say that these books are the last book on this haul. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE! I ordered another book though it hasn’t arrived yet. I will include it in my next book haul.

UPDATE: July 30, 2016. Bought two more books.😭 It’s now a total of 18 books on my July Book Haul.

Have you read any of these books? Let me know your thoughts. Till next time.😘
