February Wrap Up.

The month of February has ended and while other students are having fun because summer is coming, here I am drowning with school works. I spent my February reading school related books and articles for my thesis and I’m trying so hard not to be distracted by my books.

Blabbing aside, I would like to present my February wrap up. Even though I have tons of things to do I managed to read 3 books.

RED QUEEN by Victoria Aveyard

RATING: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

I really enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. Victoria Aveyard is very good at playing with the emotions of her readers. I like the characters and the plot even though it is not that original.

POISON MOST VIAL by Benedict Carey

RATING: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕

This is a very impressive middle-grade mystery-thriller book. Very fast paced and a page turner. It is very satisfying to read. I like the plot of the story and the writing style of the author.

CHARMED AND DANGEROUS by Lisi Harrison

RATING:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗

This is a prequel to Lisi Harrison’s The Clique series. It’s a reread. I’ve read this book way back in High School and I really love this book. It gives me nostalgia while reading it. And I’m planning to reread the whole series this year and this book is a start. I didn’t have a book review for this because I know I’ll have my biases. But this series is what hooks me up to reading. And by the way, the first book in this series has a movie! And it is one of the best book to movie adaptation that I have ever seen. 🙂 I’ll be linking a link below for the first book of this series if you are interested to check it out. Still I love this book.

That’s it for my February wrap up. It is still a good reading month although I wish to read more on the month of March but I know I will have less book included in my next wrap up because I need to finish my thesis. 😦 Till next time!
